Content Marketing Strategy & Execution

The main goal with this project is to build out a content marketing plan, strategy and launch our content on a few social platforms! We want to revamp our Youtube channel with 6k subscribers, launch a TikTok and Instagram presence, and we're looking for someone (or a group) to own this whole audience growth initiative. You'll be the expert(s) in this domain, and do the necessary research and content creation with the tools at our disposal. If you need more tools or resources to make this project successful, we'll be happy to provide you with what you need. We work with some of the leading content creation tools to automate video creation by writing scripts using our Jasper.ai account, and build out video content with Pictory.ai. We'll know this project is a success when we've come up with a content strategy, aligned our content pillars and plan, and started to build out the content, launch the social platforms and review our analytics to make future decisions accordingly!

Website Development for Digital Cash Gift Registry Company

Evstry is looking to redesign our current website (https://www.evstry.com/) with a brand new company vision, mission and branding. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing website for Evstry and conducting market research on competitors. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students know how to use Figma and Webflow. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly. Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools. Translating the design from Figma to Webflow and deploying the website.

Website Development and Digital Marketing for Tutoring Company

The Progressive Centre is a tutoring agency based in Durham Region, ON. It provides 1-on-1 or group tutoring for students in grades 1-12. The Progressive Centre only works with math and science and the majority of our clients are high school students. Our aim for this project to increase our presence online by revamping our currently website that is hosted on Go Daddy. We ultimately would like to move over to a Word Press site. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for potential clients. We ultimately would like to move over from GoDaddy to a Word Press site. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different companies and making recommendations on others how our our website can be improved site-building tools on Wordpress and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which Wordpress themes/plugins is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content Providing company owner training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Rewriting website copy with a focus on SEO Providing a competitive analysis of how our company is doing compared to others in the same industry.
