ABC Academy of Music is developing a software platform to increase efficiency/functionality, reduce costs, and allow for extensibility to allow for enhanced and centralized business operations management.The Email Designer tool is for designing single-use, or templates of emails for sending within the Hinna platform. ABC Academy of Music is developing a small business platform that incorporates, consolidates, automates, and has the goal of simplifying business operations. Some of the following are features: Calendar, CRM, True Omnichannel Chat, Process Automation, Extensibility, Billing & Payments.The main goal for the project is to have 1-2 project managers running 4 two-week sprints for ABC Academy's software development project, coaching software development students from other post-secondary institutions on aligning to agile methodology for back-end and front-end work, as well as working alongside a UX/UI team to advance design work. While not required, it would likely be of benefit to the Project Managers to have some experience or background with software.
