From a finance perspective they need to have market size potential beyond only a niche level such that they could one day possibly go public they continue to grow in traction over time. So it could be companies that within the next three years might go public, and it also can include social ventures that may not go public for nine years. Communications - Brochure and stakeholder database creation (Level Up)

Who we are: A non-profit organization providing mental health and addictions services to adults in the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts.Our current challenge: We require resources to both support the recruitment and continued engagement of landlords to partner in our rent supplement program, however our organization currently does not have the internal capacity.What students can except: Contributing to a not for profit, whose purpose is to support healthy people and communities through advocacy and the provision of safe, inclusive, and accessible mental health and addictions services.Regular touch points with the Program Coordinator to engage and exchange ideas.

Scientific Publishing in HRM/Psychology- Level Up

The level up opportunity involves getting a human resources management or industrial/organizational psychology manuscript or conference submission ready for scientific publication/presentation. Candidate must be familiar with literature search databases (e.g., Psychinfo, ABI inform etc.), citation and referencing styles (e.g., APA style) and know how to insert in-text citations of relevant sources and to create bibliography (as per APA style), interpret statistical analyses (e.g., from SPSS or R) and create relevant graphics/visuals (e.g., Tables and Figures as per APA style). Candidate will conduct literature review on ethnicity/race/culture/gender and other psychological variables, incorporate summaries of relevant references into the manuscript, complete graphs and tables based on statistical output, generate or analyze data using R as needed.

Legal and Compliance Documents for Technology/Cybersecurity Company

The main goal of the project will be to develop legal and compliance documents as well as assist the Chief Legal Officer and the Co-Founder of the company in filling Security Questionnaires for Software Licensing and validation. Background and experience in information security, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, policy development, regulatory, compliance, financial services, banking, regulatory, corporate, audit, human resources, and operations is valued, but not a requirement. Overall, students should be familiar with the Canadian legal system and policy development and execution.
