Athlete Influencer Marketing Internship

We’re looking for a student to help us develop a network of influencers that can help with our brand recognition and marketing strategies. The role of 80 hours will consist of focusing and outreaching to social media influencers on Instagram that are relevant to football to market and sell our products. We would like students to craft a pitch of why these influencers should work with us to sell and market our products, then pitch it to athletes, coaches, social media influencers etc., with the aim to get coverage. Example: Offer an athlete our product for free for posting on their social media account or offer a small amount of compensation per post. Students can also use Highlight Exposure to find connections to football players to promote and sell our products. You will be asked to keep a google spreadsheet of all influencers you’ve reached out to/who we should reach out to for record keeping purposes, and cases where they may follow up after your project ends.

Career Readiness TikToks

We'd like to make learning open and fun via TikTok. We're open to new ideas but our vision is to create an ongoing series of "back & forth" dialogue where students make a TikTok (15-20 sec) asking questions about career readiness or how to use soft skills like EQ, time-management, professionalism, critical thinking, etc in work situations. We'll respond with a STEERus TikTok saying "This is how / this is what we suggest ..." and have some fun making this creative and educational for all who watch our TikToks. Maybe the format is "Dear STEERus - How do I ... ?" Maybe the format is "And then this happened ..." or something else! We're open to fresh thinking! Students should be prepared to: research (or take direction) on topics to describe student experience scenarios (most around career readiness) film 15-20 sec video (at least 1/wk throughout the semester) add captions / music / clipart to the TikToks to make them interesting

WordPress Website Development Using Beaver Builder

Details We are looking for students to help us build out a website using Beaver Builder. The website is already cloned from another site that will be used as the template/example and we have carried over templates/duplicates. So, it will likely take half a day to one day to build out the page architecture from our templates. I will need this task completed right away. Then, after that, we will build out the content pages and transfer the already-created content into the pages. This will need to be aesthetically pleasing with open-sourced photos. I will also require simple graphics developed. The work for this will likely take place over the next 4-6 weeks. The main tasks we would like students to complete include: Build out site architecture (would need this done in a few days at most) Build out the content pages Create simple graphics to import Import icons/sets from Flat Icon Find and import relevant photos Import content into the pages

Marketing for Product Hunt launch for our new product - Level Up

We're looking for students to help us launch a new product. Students will be working with the company’s founders to work on improving their content creation. This will include social media postings, feedback of existing content, and create videos for the existing websites. Researching relevant topics on social media to help promote our products will also be a primary goal.

Lashlavelle is looking for a social media manager who can help elevate our company to the next level. This project will include daily social media postings for our company website, as well as modern designs for our social media pages. Students will be able to choose between different social media accounts and which one they would like to manage, such as Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and more.

Graphic Design and Brand Identity

Lashlavelle is looking for graphic design artists who can assist in advancing our business. This project will involve developing a fresh logo, assisting in the website layout, and blog posts for our business as well as cutting-edge designs for our social media profiles. Students will be required to attend weekly meeting check-ups to discuss any ongoing issues or any improvements that are needed to be made.

Survey Creation

Our goal is to create a multiple-choice surveys, questionnaires, and reviews that will produce accurate data that may be used in decision-making. We want students to create these surveys that will produce useful data for decision-making using best practices in communications. Additionally, we would prefer students to help us gather survey options from inside our target demographic. These surveys will help our company's understanding with our clients feedback on our company.
