In this role, I utilized a 3-way matching process to reconcile invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of over 500 invoices each month. I assisted the Accounts Payable team by accurately coding and allocating invoices to their correct general ledger (G/L) codes, enabling timely vendor payments. Additionally, I organized and filed over 100 physical invoices monthly for the Finance Logistics team, improving cabinet organization and overall team efficiency. I also reviewed and categorized more than 800 invoices, cheque runs, and bills of lading from the previous fiscal year, streamlining long-term storage and preparing for upcoming financial reviews.

I led eight digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, which resulted in a 50% increase in online engagement. I also developed and implemented four comprehensive marketing strategies, including storytelling campaigns and workshops, leading to a 30% increase in donations toward UNICEF initiatives.
