International Market Expansion Research
JUNO Metabolomics has developed a digital protein analysis system using artificial intelligence that is able to pinpoint virus patterns in saliva samples in batches of 96 and in about 30 minutes per batch. We are researching the applicability of licensing our technology to laboratories worldwide in addition to expanding in US markets. Ideally, we would like to have research performed with various laboratories across the globe to determine the feasibility of licensing our technology to these laboratories. Key drivers of this research would be (1) needs analysis, (2) produce differentiation, (3) competitive pressures, (4) price strategy and (5) certification process. Item (5) is very important to us because we must have the highest level of standardization and quality behind our testing process, so we would need to understand what is involved in the training, monitoring, quality assurance and standardization processes for labs worldwide who would want to license our technology. The testing we provide can determine any virus and virus variants in a saliva sample within about 30 minutes of collection. Necessarily, this test is a critical need for the world now as we watch new COVID variants develop in real time. Additionally, we must position ourselves as the surveillance arm of CDC and WHO so we can pinpoint new virus patterns that emerge in areas of the world now and in the future.
