LevelUP: Digital Marketing / PR / Content Creation (1/3)
** Only available for students that are a part of the LevelUP program. As a part of our brand awareness initiative, weβre looking for a student to provide assistance in the execution of our 3 phase PR / content marketing campaign / project. This phase is focused on creating a press tour plan. FINAL DELIVERABLES: Completed press tour plan (up to 3 pages) Completed at least 8 blog articles based on the transcript / outline Submitted at least 24 pitches (that's roughly 3 a week) using pitch templates, pitch query websites etc TO SUCCEED AT THIS PROJECT, THE STUDENT WOULD NEED: A great eye for trends (pop culture, workplaces etc) An ability to learn quickly Strongly preferred if you have a previous experience or training with media relations / PR Strong interest in media relations / PR Great writing skills
Customer Engagement Emails
We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing customers. We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails. Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails. Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending email marketing tools.
Collaboration Opportunities with Nomadic Glens
The main goal for the project is to contact businesses on behalf of Nomadic Glens to discover ways to collaborate with those companies. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Using an existing database to connect with business Drafting emails, communication tools or proposals to present collaboration opportunities. Reaching out to businesses to initiate discussions and negotiations for potential partnerships Coordinating with the Nomadic Glens team to understand the specific requirements and goals for collaboration. *Due to the nation wide nature of this project preference will be given to students who speak both Canadian French and English.
Market Research
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyβs values, products and services. Researching our target market and market potential. Researching the industry and competitive landscape. Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.
