Online community strategy
Challenge outline: We would like to explore the potential in the PLATF9RM community online membership to increase our resilience during future pandemic situations or market changes. By evolving the online PLATF9RM membership offering, it would increase brand awareness, potential to make us a national or global brand and provide us with warm leads when we open in new cities (e.g. Bristol, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester etc). Please share marker research into successful paid online communities, and present a set of recommendations outlining ways in which PLATF9RM could develop and market this offering.
