Working with Mr. Jerry Beckerman for the Riipen Project for his company Passion Spark was an enlightening experience in many ways. Our tutor Dr. Diljot Soin and Mr. Beckerman both provided a guidance balanced with helpful tips while encouraging us to develop our abilities independently. The experience proved to be a significant learning curve. The fundamentals on which Passion Spark is built enhanced my understanding of the real-life challenges of choosing an academic and career path. I can understand how helpful the retreats can prove for majority of students, whether high school graduates or the ones pursuing higher degrees. Jerry was very patient and kind in providing us useful tips to modify our approach and strategy. He provided clear instructions about his requirements so that we could focus on providing relevant results. I am happy to have received this opportunity.

It was a pleasure for our team to work with Jerry and Passion Spark. I am feeling happy to be part of this project because the experience and learnings from Jerry had improved me in many ways. Passion Spark is helping students to identify their passion and embrace it with confidence and it will definitely guide students to put themselves on a comfortable and satisfying career path.
