Details

Jo’van Industries is enhancing the online presence and lead generation for My Tiny Home Hub through strategic SEO content and lead magnet development. The goal is to drive search traffic, educate buyers, and generate leads using keyword research and high-quality educational content.

Learners will use tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to identify high-value SEO terms in the tiny home and alternative housing space. They’ll create SEO-optimized blog articles and downloadable guides on topics like prefab financing, zoning laws, and off-grid living. Interns will also develop an internal linking plan and optimize meta tags to improve visibility.

This is a hands-on opportunity for marketing, communications, journalism, or business students to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting—while building skills in SEO, copywriting, and content strategy.

Deliverables
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify top-performing SEO terms across the tiny home, prefab, and ADU space
  • Write and publish 3–5 SEO-optimized blog posts per day (targeting 50–75+ total over the engagement), leveraging AI tools where appropriate
  • Structure content for performance using clear headings, internal links, meta descriptions, and calls-to-action
  • Format and upload blogs directly in Shopify via the Bloggle app (guidance provided)
  • Run content through Google Search Console to monitor indexing, performance, and keyword alignment
  • Create 1–2 downloadable lead magnets (e.g. “Tiny Home Zoning 101” or “Financing Your Prefab Dreamhouse”) to drive email signups
  • Optionally: Develop a 30-day content calendar

Learners will walk away with a live portfolio of published articles, SEO ranking results, and analytics reports showing their direct impact on traffic, conversions, and visibility—ideal for use in job interviews or portfolio sites.
