The deliverables for this project include a polished presentation deck and a strategic partnership proposal document. The presentation deck should visually and textually communicate the SuperAPP's features and benefits, while the proposal document should outline potential partnership and funding opportunities. Additionally, a list of identified stakeholders and a brief report on potential strategic alliances will be provided.
