- What is the main goal for this project?

Areli Beauty is an all-natural plant based skincare brand on a mission to make clean beauty accessible to all. Our brand is built upon a self love approach to beauty and wellness.
Areli Beauty is looking for multiple content creation and social media wizards to help coordinate content for our growing social media handles! This team will lead the social and digital strategy for Areli Beauty's social media handles.
Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including graphic, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
A student or team with excellent writing and graphic skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The Digital Content Creation/Social Media Management project responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy by creating a content calendar; Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends within our demographic, reporting relevant insights; Creating (and coordinating) engaging captions and content for social media posts on various platforms; Working with social media director(s) to ensure content is informative and appealing; and scheduling content on our platforms either manually or through marketing tools.
- Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and social media content pieces on assigned topics
- Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site
- Creating engaging content for our website and social media platforms
- Engage with our social media followers through comments, dms and instagram live sessions

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will be working remotely on the project for 80 hours. They will be required to participate in meetings and conference calls via Google Meet or Zoom and they will report to a social media director. There will be a training process and the student will be in contact with their director and CEO on a daily basis, as they will be available to answer any questions and guide them through the project.
