- Creating a detailed event plan including budget, venue selection, catering, guest list management, and marketing strategy.

- Coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and speakers to ensure all logistics are in place.

- Managing event promotion and registration process.

- Overseeing the event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
