Atlas Studio is seeking to enhance its onboarding process for new yoga teachers and studio volunteers. The current system is fragmented, leading to inconsistencies in training and integration. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly onboarding program that ensures all new instructors and volunteers are well-prepared and aligned with the studio's values and practices. This project will involve analyzing the existing onboarding procedures, identifying gaps, and creating a structured plan that includes training materials, orientation sessions, and feedback mechanisms. By streamlining the onboarding process, Atlas Studio aims to improve the overall experience for new team members and maintain a high standard of service for its clients.

Deliverables
