One of our core values is to focus on people – and a key part of this is growing employee careers. Therefore, training is very important to Elantis. As a technology company, it is key to keep our staff up to date on ever changing technology trends and capabilities.  In addition, training is important to our marketability and to maintaining relationships with partners.

We are looking for support with:

• Formalizing training plans for each role.
• Training on technical skills, as well as Elantis processes and consulting/soft skills.
• Creating a formal structure around training expectations and allowances.
• Implementing a formal mentorship program.
• Implementing career development/succession planning sessions between employees and team leads.

• Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify gaps in training and development that can lead to improved performance of new and existing employees.
• Propose training and development solutions aligned with our organization’s competencies.
• Create a training plan for training new employees, which could include company onboarding, mentorship, and skills required on-the-job.

The students will work closely with the primary project contact who will supervise and be available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the student’s tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with students using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, company email, and virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.

We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including a dedicated marketing specialist for collaboration, strategy documents, etc.
