Our Business Consultant team is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall sales operations.


In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process and presentations, as well as follow up materials we send to our clients to determine changes we can make.




Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):


  • Evaluate our current sales process.
  • Provide recommendations on how to engage with and convert our prospects to active Riipen users
  • Created recommendations on how to improve our sales process, based on Neuroscience


Questions we'd like answered throughout this Project

  • How does background, clothing, and presentation of sales rep (Business Consultants) affect prospects post call actions and engagement
  • How does body language affect conversion
  • Does time of day/week affect a prospects post call actions and engagement
  • Overall, how can we build trust and help prospects take immediate and meaningful action


Final deliverables should include

  • Recommendations of changes we can make to convert prospects to active users
  • Recommendations our sales team can make during presentations
  • A 20-minute presentation on the report and handbook.


Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • What is our target conversion rate?
  • Which specific parts of our sales process and actions need the most improvement?
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
