Details

We are a Business to Consumer Travel Agency branching into the Business to Business sector. We want to start approaching businesses with the concept of offering incentive travel to their employees. We need help creating a marketing plan that will help us do this.

We want to go to businesses and offer to help them build a program that will help them identify and reward their top performers. We want to offer both individual incentives where the employee can win a cruise or trip they travel to with their spouse/significant other, or a group incentive where top performers will go on a group trip together and participate in business meetings/workshops, team building, and tourism.

Being that we are a B2C company, we need insight on how to contact the business leaders responsible to incentive programs or the person who would help develop an incentive program if one doesn't already exist. Getting in the door with them, and even helping us with planning how we would do the presentation to get the company to sign on.
