Details

Within the current climate of school strikes, it is even more difficult for working parents to balance work and home life. I would love to know what companies are doing to support parents (flexible working, paid carer days, childcare, parenting support etc.)

Deliverables
  1. Look at existing research in parental challenges and share your findings.
  2. Research other organisations that provide support for working parents - what packages do they offer and what are their price points?
  3. Following your research and adding your own ideas, make recommendations for how companies can best support working parents.

*Due to time restraints, please do not conduct primary research or surveys. Using your critical-thinking and research skills, students should review existing literature, research, and data to make recommendations.

Mentorship

Regular meetings. I have a student social worker in the team who will be the main point of contact but I will be available as well.

Access to informal discussion through riipen/ email/ phone.
