critical thinking primary research surveys researchWithin the current climate of school strikes, it is even more difficult for working parents to balance work and home life. I would love to know what companies are doing to support parents (flexible working, paid carer days, childcare, parenting support etc.)
- Look at existing research in parental challenges and share your findings.
- Research other organisations that provide support for working parents - what packages do they offer and what are their price points?
- Following your research and adding your own ideas, make recommendations for how companies can best support working parents.
*Due to time restraints, please do not conduct primary research or surveys. Using your critical-thinking and research skills, students should review existing literature, research, and data to make recommendations.
Regular meetings. I have a student social worker in the team who will be the main point of contact but I will be available as well.
Access to informal discussion through riipen/ email/ phone.
