We would like student(s) to help us with creating a new website for Elantis. We are planning to redesign our website in early 2023 to better align with our current services and updated branding, and to attract more qualified leads. As part of this website project, we require support with website development and fundamental SEO (search engine optimization).

Website content and copy will be provided; however, if you have copywriting skills, we welcome your contributions!

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Conduct a needs analysis to determine which website platform is most suitable.
• Create a design proposal including wireframes or mockups, for our company's review and approval.
• Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. The website home page and required landing pages should be built with the intent to improve overall UX (on desktop and mobile).
• Conduct keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization. Provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility.
• Ensure the website is designed with an SEO-focused infrastructure, including: Google Analytics set-up with conversion tracking in place, Search Console set-up, fast loading times, mobile-friendly, and basic on-page SEO is in place.
• Help guide the project management overall, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide training on updating and maintaining the new website.

The student(s) will work closely with the primary project contact who will supervise and be available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the student’s tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with students using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, company email, and virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.

We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including a dedicated marketing specialist for collaboration, marketing strategy documents, list of known competitors to research, etc.
