1 – A brief description of the company

EMERGE Commerce Ltd. is a North American acquirer and operator of niche e-commerce brands with 2M members founded by Ghassan Halazon which operates four sites. The sites operate as a one stop-shop for offers on golf, groceries, essentials, staycations, family activities, and retailer coupons.

2 – What is the project about?

We want to reach out to customers who have unsubscribed in the last 2 years and get data on why they unsubscribed. This will be done via calls and emails. '

3 – With which department participants will be in contact?

Customer Experience and Marketing

4 – What are the expected deliverables by the end of week 4?

10% responses with reasons as to what lead customers to unsubscribe. Get more information on what the company can do better.

5 – What kind of report and/data participants are required to create?

Participants are given an excel sheet with customer information and they will be entering data along with their comments in it.

This effort falls under one of the most important aspects of any company, Customer Retention. We want to teach the participants the various ways by which we collect customer sentiments in the context of a startup organization where resources might be scarce and there is alot of room for new ideas and initiatives. .
