Welcome to The Career Foundation! We are a results-oriented non-profit organization that has been serving people across the City of Toronto successfully since 1988. As a Service Excellence Organization, we are committed to providing the highest quality service possible to ensure that our job seeker clients and our employer partners reach their goals.
Our programs and services include job search, placement and HR solutions for employers. We also offer youth programs including Completing the Circle (in both Hamilton and Mississauga), Career Focus, Youth Job Link, Youth Job Connection, and Youth Job Connection Summer. We also offer an Empowering Abilities Program, which connects job seekers with a self-disclosed health issue or disability with gainful employment opportunities in the GTHA.
