This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Email list cleanup and segmentation
- Analyzing the current email list.
- Removing invalid email addresses
- Enriching with demographic data from internal and external sources. Segmenting the contact list.
- Developing a strategy to obtain double opt-ins from the recipients.
- Planning and designing content for a monthly newsletter that aligns with the company's mission and vision.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- A cleaned up and segmented email list with a strategy to obtain opt-ins.
- A well-designed and planned monthly newsletter template.
Final deliverables:
- A comprehensive report detailing the process of cleaning up the email list, obtaining opt-ins, and planning and designing the content for the newsletter and targeted content for artists.
