What is the main goal for this project?

Our goal is to overhaul our customer service management processes and identify areas where we can be improving on our customer service experience.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • customer communications: conduct a survey with our customers identifying how to improve our customer service and to learn more about what's important to them
  • project management: work with our COO to organize our databases and company communications portals
About the company

Brave Soles are handmade leather shoes with hand-cut recycled tire soles and accessories. Through our simple processes, we help to generate employment for 20 people in both Canada and Dominican Republic. We are also focused on keeping our processes simple, easily reproduced and able to provide many avenues of enterprise that helps to make a more equitable world. We are ecommerce based but sell through many channels.
