What is the main goal for this project?

Who is Durham Promotional Products?: DPP is a corporate merchandise company. We help companies and organizations brand their business using innovative promotional products and corporate clothing. Objective: Develop a lead generation system & build out a community of "Ednas" using social media.

Target Audience: Executive Assistants for companies between 50-300 employees.

Background: Edna is our perfect customer within an organization. She is the person who is responsible for delivering the tools that develop the corporate culture of an company or organization. This person organizes company events, like picnics, retreats, or celebrating company milestones. In the age of Covid they are responsible for delivering merch kits to 'new hires' homes or to celebrate those employees who goes above and beyond. This person is keenly focused upon the business objectives of the organization and is often responsible for the 'details' of achieving and celebrating those corporate objectives. In most circumstances quality of the merch matters to the person a lot. Because the job is often highly administrative this person is looking for a company like mine that can flat line to administrative chores of the job. This person has a diverse range of responsibilities within an organization. She may require tools like online pop-up stores where employees can purchase company merch, or pre-planned 'new hire kits', or simply to source company Christmas gifts. Edna is often described as the 'oil in the engine of the organization.'
