- What is the main goal for this project?

Our company would like to explore designing and incorporating UX design principles into our new re-vamped website & new native mobile application version of our current web based product. Requirements:
- Improve website traffic by improving the user experience.
- Working with the web designer to re-vamp our current e-commerce website with User Experience (UX) design principles. And create the NGC Mobile App based off the NGC website with UX principles.
- Create a personalized mobile app user experience.
- Conduct background research of existing web application, products and dramatically improve the website.
- Design the mobile app with an Avatar & voice of founder.
- Research whether the WIX mobile app builder or another app is better.
- Website and mobile app UX designs need to be helpful, clean and create a smooth shopping experience.
- Incorporate a Rewards points tracking system for Referrals and order amounts.
- Create screens of UX / UI prototypes of website & native mobile app for both iOS and Android.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should accomplish:
- Working with the web designer to create NGC website and mobile app with UX principles to improve shopping conversions
- Create a more personalized user experience, especially on the mobile application.
