- What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to review the possibility of creating a chatbot for a new support/ticketing feature for BoardSpace's condo and homeowner association customers. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching existing chatbot technology and APIs.
- Propose a technical strategy for building a chatbot that would fit the needs of our support/ticket feature.
- Propose a technical strategy for Integrating the chatbot with BoardSpace's existing database via an API.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

Final deliverables should include:
- All source code.
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project.
We will be available for video conferences at the start of the project, as needed and at the end to wrap up and hand off deliverables.
