What is the main goal for this project?

Are you interested in working with a tech start up to help organize the QA and Beta testing process? This is a great opportunity to learn how to set up QA test cases and best practices, and get experience implementing what you create. We are looking for a team of 2 - 3 students to help organize a QA and beta testing program as well as to create the actual QA steps. Students will also help organize and run the beta testing program.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Research available QA tools and make recommendations.
  • Create QA test cases/steps/activities for our product. These will be given to Beta testers.
  • Perform Beta testing.
  • Receive and organize feedback from Beta testers and update QA steps/activities accordingly.
  • Update QA steps/activities with new releases.
How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • Formally: weekly meetings to stay on track
  • Informally: available by email/chat/etc for questions
