employee retention surveyingChallenge Outline:
How best can I expand my network of clients in the local area (Brighton, Hove, West Sussex)?
By surveying local businesses (of varying sizes), please investigate what wellbeing support companies currently offer their staff, how popular their support is with their staff, whether it makes a different to staff retention/sickness/performance and what contrast there is between the support offered between different sized businesses (<10 staff vs 10-50 staff vs 50+ staff)
Key aims/objectives:
1) Using the list of contacts provided, create a short list of questions and contact each business to survey their responses on their provision of wellbeing services with their staff and the direct impact this has on the staff (making sure not to request ANY personal data/information)
2) With the data you have collected, analyse your findings and explain how different local businesses provide wellbeing support to their staff. What have they got that is working? What isn’t making much difference? Are there services that some companies provide that other businesses do not?
3) Make some recommendations about what wellbeing services are working well and which are not
4) Recommend ways in which I could offer my services to these businesses, and what topics of support I should focus on when networking with them
