Details

This project aims to explore how cultural norms and stigmas influence mental health access within different communities and how families can embrace mental well-being practices. The goal is to create resources that help families better understand mental health, break down cultural stigmas, and improve communication around these challenges.

Learners will gather and organize information to develop tangible resources, such as directories, handbooks, and presentations, that promote culturally sensitive approaches to mental health support. The project will emphasize effective team communication, research, and presentation skills, preparing learners for real-world collaboration.
