PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:
The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. We will need substantial investment to achieve the goals of my company. In addition to investors, we believe seniors themselves will be interested in investing in our company. Therefore, we are looking for a marketing plan that will communicate our vision and values with both seniors and investors. As our customers are mostly seniors, we need creative marketing tools to reach seniors.
