Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Project: Human City has developed an ecosystem for open work on projects, programs, and co-ops through their work direction app, Co-Quest, and learning management system, Lotus Learning. The goal of this project is to optimize public crowd work sourcing methods and onboarding processes for these platforms. The current methods need to be evaluated and improved to enhance efficiency, user experience, and overall effectiveness. This project will provide HR students with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in human resource management, recruitment, and onboarding to a real-world scenario. The team will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements.

Key objectives include:

- Evaluating current crowd work sourcing methods.

- Analyzing onboarding processes for project, program, and co-op roles.

- Proposing optimized strategies for sourcing and onboarding.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive report and a presentation. The report should detail the findings from the evaluation of current methods, analysis of onboarding processes, and proposed improvements. The presentation should summarize the key points and recommendations from the report.

Key deliverables include:

- A detailed evaluation report of current sourcing and onboarding methods.

- A set of proposed strategies and improvements.

- A presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations.
