Details

Our Business Consultant team is made up for 8 team members, 5 of which are relatively new. We would like students to conduct a group-based consultation for our team, study our organization, identify strengths and challenges, analyze the cause(s) of the strengths/challenges, and provide recommendations that will help our team better function and collaborate together. Our goal is to be a team that has high moral and motivation and that produces strong results due to a strong cultural foundation.

Deliverables

Student should be prepared to examine individual behavior, group functioning, and the actions of our organization along with problems of work motivation, task design, leadership, communication, organizational design, and innovation as they pertain to cultural challenges and strengths to help improve our team. As we go through a time of change we're looking for a strategic evaluation on our team dynamic and culture to help improve our work environment, motivation, and results.

Mentorship

Our team will be available to you for surveys, interviews, observations, and to share any relevant information.
