I find the program to be extremely helpful; and in the early stages, when I had a person explaining the site to me, everything was very smooth and transparent. I had some issues, when returning to the site for something other than messages with students, in navigating. I think this is a very valuable program, and I have already recommended it to others.

This is an incredible program that has benefited my business and I hoped helped all interns gain valuable skills, so they can be more prepared for their next venture or job opportunity. The communication was smooth and clear, and I would hire most students through LEVEL UP in a heartbeat.

Worse experience so far

Excellent program to support experiential learning for students. The LevelUp team was very accessible to answer any questions and help through the matching process.

Overall we really enjoyed with our students. They are strong individuals who completed their tasks in a timely manner. The LEVEL UP program is very well organized, and we appreciate this opportunity.

Riipen's next level collaboration program is called Level Up and it pairs an active project or small business with well developed students. We co-create and agree upon projects to complete and learn along the way. The best part, for the students for sure, is they are actually paid quite decently for their work! I was happy with the results, though in retrospect, I would have more carefully constructed projects that would have been more of an 80hr fit - as per the Level Up criteria - perhaps some of my creative projects were 'too easy'. Nonetheless, I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Riipen platform and it was a privilege to engage in Level Up. I hope to take part in another round of Level Up, this time with a greater understanding of how it all works. Thank you to everyone!

We would highly recommend the LEVEL UP program. It has been a great resource for the business. LEVEL UP has allowed us to work closely with knowledgeable students to support our business growth and acted as a talent pipeline for finding future employees.
