Working on the experiential project for Riipen on career pathing has been an insightful and enriching experience. It has allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, particularly in understanding how structured career development strategies can be tailored to both individual and organizational needs. The project has deepened my appreciation for the importance of clear progression pathways, skill development, and mentorship in fostering employee engagement and growth.
