Courtney continues to grow and deepen their understanding of the roles in Building Relations, while at the same time brings her much valued gifts of empathy, compassion and intentful listening into all spaces. These gifts are foundational to sucess in this department and IISB, so it is no wonder why Courtney is quickly becoming instrumental to our family. We are looking forward to the next level of learning for Courtney and us having the opportunity to see more of her exceptional strengths and skills come into our spaces.
