The team seemed to allocate roles in terms of spokesperson, whilst this may have worked for them, it did mean that the team work seemed a little imbalanced from a "client point of view". Some of the recommendations had not been fully considered, such as a recommendation to have bike storage, when both sites do, if the suggestion is more, you would expect utilisation reports to back this up. We needed to be sold to a little more, not just presented at. The presentation felt as if three people had worked in isolation then added the slides together at the end.
The presentation verbally was very clear, as was the information shared on the slides. The subject matter was clear and some work had clearly been put on. There are some recommendations we expect we may adopt.
