Project Examples

Requirements

Beginning this May, groups of four College-level student-consultants will spend 80 hours per team working to generate actionable consumer insights and branding opportunities for your organization.

Based on a challenge or opportunity that you identify, they will synthesize information provided by you and research data to uncover insights that will help you answer important questions pertaining to your customers, and relevant branding opportunities.

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching what triggers consumer actions to acquire new customers.
  • Explaining why consumers care about your company to increase brand loyalty.
  • Researching and action on what desires and motivations your customers have to increase retention.
  • Describing current or potential consumer attitudes toward a product or service.
  • Providing recommendations on your digital presence to effectively appeal to your target market and to further enhance your brand.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a 1-hour interview (virtual, phone, or in person) to make sure the students fully understand your organization, industry and needs.

Be available for a quick phone call with the organizer to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

Be responsive to periodic emails to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress.

Minimum of 2-4 interactions with the students in-person or remotely (approximately 4-6 hours over the duration of the project).
