Starting this November, a group of 6-8 Master of International Business students from Queen's University will devote 500+ hours to a business opportunity or challenge of your business is facing.

These international graduate school students have diverse backgrounds and career experience, and can offer unbiased assessments and recommendations for your company in a wide variety of areas. Students can offer a fresh outside perspective in addition to experienced insights.

Possible areas of focus could include, but are not limited to:

  • Market research to identify new strategies and opportunities
  • Brand and messaging assessment
  • Supply chain management/ process improvement
  • Technology solutions
  • Market entrance/expansion
  • Data analytics
  • Development and use of KPI/KLI's
  • Category management
  • Commercialization of social media
  • Sales and marketing strategy, etc.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for periodic phone calls and emails from the students.

Have a first initial meeting with the student group to discuss the work they will be doing.
