One or two MBA students at the Smith School of Business at Queen's will spend six months on a consulting challenge of your choosing.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Each individual student will dedicate a minimum of 100 hours to the project. Students will provide your organization with a management consulting report of 10+ pages at the conclusion of the project, detailing their research, analyses and actionable recommendations.

Project Examples

One or two MBA students at the Smith School of Business at Queen's will spend six months on a consulting challenge of your choosing. They will conduct research, analyse the issue, and provide recommendations to address it. Students will be mentored during the project by a project course advisor. Sample projects include:

  • Developing a five-year growth strategy
  • Create and implement a new systematic framework 
  • Investigate and recommend a product or service expansion opportunity
  • Develop financial feasibility models
  • Create marketing plans or strategies
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
