These students come from various countries with several years work experience in different fields. From architecture and engineering to hotel and hospitality management, finance and insurance, international marketing and trade and HR. The projects will be completed through July, August and September.

Rather than a work experience, the students and the employers/clients will define the scope of the project, with support from me so that it is achievable in the 3 months available. Students are expected to work independently on the project and will produce a presentation and paper for the employer at the end of the 3 months. There will need to be some regular communication with the employer/client so that everyone is on the same path.
Project Examples
Projects may be related to different industries and professions and I will match the appropriate students (if available) to your project. Even if your project isn't in the traditional 'business' environment, let's talk about what you need and I may have the right student for you.
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope in an appropriate fit for the project
Be available for a conversation to clarify the scope of the project which will be written up in a proposal for the employer/client to sign off
Be available throughout the 3 months on an as needed basis and at touchpoints during the process.
