Automated Membership and Event Management System

TryToast is seeking to streamline its membership and event management processes to reduce manual administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency. The current system involves repetitive manual data entry and coordination, which is both time-consuming and prone to errors. The goal of this project is to leverage AI and workflow automation tools, such as n8n or Zapier, to automate these processes. By doing so, TryToast aims to improve accuracy, save time, and allow staff to focus on more strategic tasks. The project will involve analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. This initiative will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of AI and automation tools in a real-world setting, enhancing their understanding of process optimization.
