Effective Outreach To Boost Paid Registrations of Enrichment Program
The main goal for the project is to increase paid registrations to INSPIRELY after school enrichment program, boost order frequency, and average order value through effective outreaching to schools, parents & educational partners. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current school, parents and partner outreach strategies, identifying areas for improvement & boost conversions. - Plan & execute outreach strategies: email campaigns, school / influencer / corporate outreach to drive maximum conversions. - Creating marketing materials and content to support the outreach plan. - Implementing the outreach plan and tracking the effectiveness of different strategies. - Analyzing the data and making adjustments to the outreach plan as needed.
5 Years Business Plan & Project Management Boosting INSPIRELY After School Paid Orders and Revenue
The main goal of this project is to enhance business development to boost INSPIRELY after school paid orders, order frequency & average order value and draft 5 years business revenue plan with key strategies & action plan. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current after school paid orders, order frequency, and average order value. - Developing strategies to drive registrations to passion discovery workshops, sales of DIY STEAM kits & other after school activities. - Researching and identifying key strategies to boost business revenue in the next 5 years. - Creating an action plan to implement the identified strategies. - Project management of driving initiative related to social media, email marketing, outreaching to school, parents, and corporates.
