We would like to invite a team of students to work on a project that is partially developed using React, MongoDB, and Meteor Js framework. The project is composed of several phases. This is project is composed of several educational tools.Currently, we will need to enhance the current code and add some features to one of the educational tools. Unplugging Potential: Exploring the Factors Impeding Electric Vehicle Adoption Across the Canadian Provinces
Over 80% of global energy consumption comes from fossil fuels, and the transportation sector is the biggest consumer. More than 25% of Canada's greenhouse gas emissions originate from transporting goods and people. Consequently, achieving a substantial decline in greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector is imperative for meeting national and provincial climate reduction targets. Electric vehicles possess the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions substantially. Nevertheless, the adoption of electric vehicles in Canada has been comparatively lower compared to most other developed nations, like Norway, Iceland, the Netherlands, and the United States. In this context, the research aims to achieve the following objectives:Identify the challenges impeding the widespread adoption of electric vehicles in Canada, drawing insights from experiences in other countries. Conduct a comparative analysis of the government policies to promote electric vehicle adoption across different provinces in Canada and their effectiveness.

My research on organizational change dynamics focuses on the impact of ethical/ unethical conduct on the process and outcomes of organizational change. By engaging in literature reviews, annotated bibliography tasks, and poster presentations, students under my supervision, will cultivate essential research and analytical skills contributing to the advancement of both theoretical knowledge and practical applications in organizational change management.

Level UP - MacEwan - Integrating Finance game into Web-Application - Phase 4
We would like to invite a team of students to work on integrating an application into a website that hosts several educational tools. The application is a Finance simulation game, where a student plays the role of an accountant. The application is already done, but it needs to be integrated into the main database of the other applications that are already developed.Students will be required to work with a team who is working on the other applications. They are going to be mentored by experts and lots of support is going to be offered to them.This is the second phase of the project. At this stage, students are to work on the professor's side and integrate it into the professor's dashboard and grade book. Professors should be able to add the game to their assignments.

Randomization of Number Research Assistant
We have developed a large bank of management accounting questions, but all these questions are static questions (have only one version).The project involves creating algorithmic questions (multiple versions of the same question) using Microsoft Excel.These questions will be used for assignments and quizzes so that students will get different versions of the same questions. This reduces the chances for cheating.
Electric Vehicles as a panacea to vehicular pollution in India: Status, Impediments and Future Trajectory
Over 80% of global energy consumption comes from fossil fuels, and the transportation sector is the biggest consumer. India is currently the world’s third-largest emitter of carbon dioxide behind the US and China (IEA 2019). Its transportation sector is by far the largest consumer of petroleum products. We want to look at the prospect of Electric Vehicles emerging as a tool to reduce fossil fuel consumption and carbon emission in a country like India.
Resistance Management Project
The aim of the project is to compile a collection of studies (research publications, specifically journal articles) that focuses on resistance to organizational change at the individual, group, and organizational-wide level from stakeholders impacted by proposed changes. Identify the rationale for the various forms of resistance to change, identify how the resistance was managed, and/ or provide suggestions on how the resistance could be managed. The expected outcome includes:i. Map out a pattern of different forms of resistance and resulting outcomes.ii. Create vignettes / mini-cases that explain or better illustrate different forms of resistance in organizations.iii. Link the vignettes/mini-cases to theoretical/conceptual explanations of resistance to organizational change.iv. Compile findings into publishable outputs
