During my time as a Business Administration intern at Lingobility, Eric exhibited strong leadership, support, and strategic guidance. Throughout various projects, such as creating a diagnostic form for new students and researching optimal business phone plans, Eric consistently provided timely responses, valuable guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance my skills. He facilitated my progress by advocating for the use of technological tools like Google Sheets for data organization and ChatGPT for comprehensive research. Eric fostered effective communication channels, utilizing platforms like Skype to ensure seamless collaboration among the Lingobility team. His supportive approach enabled me to refine my proficiency in Google Sheets, workplace communication, and research methodologies.

Working for Lingobility was an amazing, educational experience. I highly recommend working with him if you appriciate working in an organized environment, and want to recieve valuable feedback on not just your work, but also time management, ways to boost productivity, etc. Eric gives his interns equal oppertunity to complete the work that is outlined for you, and also allows for your input in the improvement of the project as a whole. This internship felt fufilling and I am excited to take the various skills learned from this position with me in the future.

The employers work very closely with the interns to help develop their skills in teaching English and creating course materials for English learners. The work process is explained in a lot of detail so that you know exactly what needs to be done and the employers are very quick to respond to any email inquiries.

Eric was incredibly helpful during my entire internship. We had weekly meetings to make sure I was on track, he made sure that I knew what I would be doing, and even when I got to teach a student for a few weeks he was always checking in to make sure everything was going well.
