We are just beginning our digital media strategy and have yet to fully engage with our website (Wix), LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. We need some assistance in developing an Ideal Customer Persona(s), Content Creation, and Digital Integration across platforms. Funding Essentials helps organizations and businesses understand the project funding options within their industry, such as RFP's, grant funding, contribution agreements, and low-interest financing. We perform industry research, competitor analysis, and we write business plans. We also develop technical documents and reports for compliance and governance projects. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Recurring Revenue Business Ideas Focus: Research and Propose Recurring Revenue Models for Existing Business Growth We are looking to work with entrepreneurial students to identify new revenue stream opportunities for our existing business. We want our assigned person or team to do a comprehensive analysis of our existing business model and suggest ways to transition to a recurring revenue model. We are a professional writing services company that offers grant writing and consultations by the hour or project price. We want to change that structure to be more of an advisory service (industry expert) vs. offering writing services. A few ideas we are considering: 1. Build an Online Membership Program (Grant Writers sign-up to access my lead generation, and/or Clients can gain access to vetted grant writers.) 2. Produce Product Subscriptions (Grant Research Reports or Search Options, Newsletters, Training, etc.) 3. Create Service or Retainer Plans (10/hrs worth of services for $xxx per month). 4. Develop a step-by-step action plan, including timelines and an estimated budget for implementing any new model(s). Begin implementation of any new model(s) within the available internship timeframe. We would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a plan for digitizing our finances. We would like to have help moving our records onto a digital platform, such as Quickbooks Online. Our company could also use some assistance reviewing previous and current tax returns for completeness and compliance. We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts.
