We would like a new website for our organization.We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us. We have already begun the design and will need to complete the website and launch it through multiple URL Addresses. Baking, Cooking, and Recipe Videos Project

The main goal for the project is to create engaging and informative baking, cooking, and recipe videos and reels for online presence, social media pages, and blogs for Hasna Enterprises Limited. The project will also involve creating reels for social media and YouTube advertising. The aim is to showcase the company's food business startup and its line of zero waste products using imported nuts, while also providing a healthier snacking alternative to the population. The project will involve the following tasks for the students:- Creating 15 reels for online presence, social media pages, and blogs.- Developing engaging and informative baking, cooking, and recipe videos.Some of the videos are for pre determined recipes. - Creating reels for social media and YouTube advertising.

Graphic Design and Website Development for Hasna Enterprises Limited

The main goal for the project is to enhance the visual appeal of Hasna Enterprises Limited's branding and online presence. This includes editing the website using Bluehost/Wordpress, creating new packaging designs for food products, designing posters for tradeshow booths and handouts, creating listing templates for the Amazon platform, and developing various marketing designs for online and in-person marketing efforts.

Paired Startup Food Product Business

We are a new food product business looking to take part in the tranformation of the food industry to more health concious, natural products. We wil be working on importing food commodities that are not well known in North America and are of high nutrtion and health benefits. Creating a versatile line of produts and snacks that will allow for a healthier alternative to mainstream food options. Furthermore, we would like to avoid waste by developing byproducts that allow us a zero food waste line. This project will offer students the opportunity to be exposed to the many different aspects and tasks of starting a new business. It will allow them to develop their ability to solve problems the highly regulated food industry, communicate with worldwide suppliers and manage multiple facets of business from one desk. Through collaboration with the company creator's, there is a great variety of tasks and objectives that students can work on in order to achieve the required goals for launch. From crunching numbers to package design, we will work together in a small team to reach our goals based on our timelines.Tasks include but not limited to:- Developing business, marketing and strategic plans- Product sourcing and supply chain- Communicating with suppliers from all over the world- Developing branding ideas and marketing avenues- Solving problems to ensure product compliance with any applicable regulations such as import/export, food safety, permits, licenses, etc..- Developing a timeline with management team to ensure timely and realistic goal achievance- Develope company manuals such as policies, customs compliance, preventative controls, etc...- Calculate startup costs along with contingencies and possible sources of funding- Study market and competitor profiles and their strengths and weaknesses lie- Identify sales and marketing avenues along with visual and written pitches for promotion- Develop surveys to analize product strengths, potential and target markets- Develop content, design, company letterhead, branding and copywright for communication and public educationStudents will be working directly with the startup team and will be in constant communication should they need any assistance or guidance during this partnership.
