We are a social enterprise focused on increasing the sustainability of start-ups business by entrepreneurs from marginalized groups, we offer coaching, mentoring, resources and operational support to better position their success. We aim to support individuals from these groups in achieving economic freedom through the pursuit of entrepreneurship and sustainable endeavours. Proceeds from our company is always reinvested into supports for the communities we serve.
Our business entails consulting services along with an online retail store where proceeds are reinvested back into community supporting entrepreneurs and other non-profit organizations.
This work will support our Non-Profit arm of work through AspireToBeGreat Inc. and TopOfTheRACK.

The primary goal of this project is to develop a detailed digital marketing strategy that enhances online engagement, increases brand awareness, and drives website traffic for Aspire's social enterprise and ecommerce store, TopOfTheRACK. This initiative will directly support the goals of TopOfTheRACK, which focuses on improving the sustainability of startups by entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities by reinvesting store proceeds into supportive initiatives for them.
