Strategic AI & Machine Learning Application
We have an idea for an app/program that would use machine learning to help augment a company's current team, as required. We want to leverage the latest technology to gain an advantage in our market. We would like to collaborate with students to strategically apply AI and machine learning in our organization. Through using internal and open-source data and applying analytics models, methodologies, and machine learning tools, we hope to get an end-to-end machine learning solution. Students should be prepared to: Identify and present an opportunity within our organization, which AI could be applied. Develop a unique machine learning solution, based on the latest technology. Create a report that provides an in-depth overview of the AI solution. A few areas of specific interest for us include: Predicting customer lifetime value Recommendation engines Fraud detection Text/numeric data classification We anticipate a project like this would take somewhere around 320 hours. We would like to work with a team of students who would share the workload and help develop this product for us. Based on your organizations goals, students will apply skills in consumer research, wireframing, design, and testing to create a website or app layout that achieves your goals. Project tasks include: Holding a discovery meeting to understand your needs and develop a project scope. Interviewing users to gather applicable design specs. Conducting user testing to understand and optimize existing design challenges. Applying design thinking theory and practices in creating a prototype. Example projects include, but are not limited to: Redesigning an existing website, webpage, or app. Designing a new website, webpage, or app. Optimizing a specific part of a website, webpage, or app Improving the user experience for a parking meter customer Schedule (7 Week engagement): • Teams will have 7 weeks to provide a solution for your organization Week 1: Project/Problem Statement Week 2: Design Brief / User Research Plan Week 3: User Research Report Week 4: Value Proposition Canvas + 5-10 Concept Sketches Week 5: Three Concepts Review Week 6: Testing/ Prototyping Report Week 7: Zoom: Final Project Solution and Pitch Presentation
Start-Up Business Planning
We need to develop a strategic business/marketing plan for CCI. It is in it's infancy but doesn't have clear goals or a plan for launching and becoming a player in the communications market. Things you could propose/provide: tell CCI's story in a compelling manner using e-portfolio write creative and accurate copy compose tweets, Facebook posts, Instagram stories, and other social media writing for a marketing campaign strategy create communication campaigns to boost brand awareness and online engagement with e-portfolio plan, organize, and coordinate communications and project activities What would your company get at the end of the course? Final deliverables include: A business plan summary report with recommendations An E-portfolio presentation on panel recommendations focused on the defined topic.
