What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to research and build out email flow campaigns for The Roasters Pack, an ecommerce company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the company's customer base and their preferences.


- Developing a strategy for email campaigns that will target different customer segments.


- Creating email templates that will be used for the campaigns.


- Testing the campaigns and making improvements based on customer feedback.


- Researching and implementing best practices for email marketing.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of The Roasters Pack's customer base and their preferences.


- Ability to develop a strategy for email campaigns that will target different customer segments.


- Creation of email templates that will be used for the campaigns.


- Testing of the campaigns and making improvements based on customer feedback.



Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
