Main Objective of the Project:

  • The primary objective of this project is to enhance the capabilities of our AI-powered mental health support system by curating personas for the chatbot. These personas will be based on users' mental health goals and communication preferences, providing a more personalized and effective support experience.


Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct a comprehensive literature review on mental health goals and communication preferences to inform persona development.
  2. Collaborate with the user research team to conduct interviews and surveys, gathering insights into diverse mental health journeys and communication styles.
  3. Utilize gathered data to create personas that represent various mental health goals, challenges, and communication preferences.
  4. Work closely with AI researchers to integrate curated personas into the chatbot's functionality.
  5. Analyze existing data on mental health conversations and provide ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.



Mentorship
  1. Dedicated Staff Assistance:
  • Interns will have access to experienced professionals in psychology and AI research who will serve as mentors throughout the project.
  • Regular check-ins and team meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress, address questions, and provide guidance.
